My previous pest man had passed away before he could finish my temite treatment. Amalgamated offered a specialisation in termite control in the yellow pages, so Dave came out, assessed the situation and sorted out the problem. He was very sympathetic to my situation, and quietly confident in his knowledge of termites and how best to protect against their intrusion.

 

I decided to try Amalgamated for my other pest treatment needs and found that Dave's employees were just as good as him. I also find Janita very easy to talk to on the phone, and very understanding and patient with personal issues I've had which had the potential to make the job difficult (I suffered depression when my partner died and poor Max had to treat our house while the whole family was in mourning. He was tops!)

Enclosed is payment for the pest control currently conducted at our State School.

I would also like to commend the job done by George and his continued support since. As it was a Pupil Free Day and both myself and the principal were called away at the last minute to training, neither of us were able to be present while George conducted his work.

Normally we would have felt uneasy about leaving the keys and responsibility with workmen alone, however after speaking with George a few days before the job was to be done we felt reassured that we could trust George to do his job and take care with the school property and in the grounds.

We know now that in future if the same circumstances arise, that we are able to trust George and have the job completed competently.
