Holders of a current Pest Control licence, preferably with Timber Pest qualifications, are encouraged to apply.
Your Mission!
As Assistant Manager/Technician, your responsibilities will include:
- Driving sales for the company throughout the South Burnett region.
- Effectively identifying new opportunities and securing new contract opportunities.
- Building and driving the new business strategy for the region.
- Managerial roles.
Applicants will need to demonstrate on-the-job initiative as well as:
- Ability to exercise a high degree of initiative/ self-motivation and confidentiality.
- Have well developed communication (verbal and written) skills and the ability to provide great friendly customer service.
- Strong personal presentation.
- Computer literate.
- Have strong influencing skills.
- Be able to work independently and as a team leader.
- Have the ability to mentor and manage your staff.
- A current driver’s licence is essential.
- A current Pest Control Licence is essential and either Timber Pest qualifications or the willingness to train with us to attain Timber Pest qualifications.
- Ambition to earn well above average industry earnings.
