Cairns (Sales Manager)

The Cairns Branch is looking for that special applicant to take over the role of Sales Manager.
Position duties include:
- Supervising staff responsible for work scheduling and repeat selling in domestic, commercial and termites.
- Ongoing dealings with existing commercial clients
- Actively promoting Amalgamated Pest Control to new clients in both the Cairns and Port Douglas areas
- Work closely with management in reviewing and introducing strategies in relation to obtaining sales targets.
Applicants should:
- Have well developed communication skills;
- Be motivated, trustworthy and able to work well unsupervised;
- Exercise a high degree of initiative, judgement and confidentiality;
- Be well versed in sales procedures and have the drive to achieve targets on a weekly and monthly basis;
- Have a sound knowledge of computer systems.
A driver’s licence is essential, with industry experience and a pest management licence desirable but not a must as full training can be provided.
Remuneration package includes salary / superannuation, car and phone.
