We currently have positions available at our Archerfield Call Centre for Permanent, Casual and Summer Contract staff. Your main roles will be handling customer enquiries, booking and scheduling jobs and lots of outbound warm calling.
Key attributes required:
Call centre experience
Experience in warm calling and asking for the job
Vibrancy and confidence
Experience in handling a high volumes of calls
Excellent customer service
Intermediate computer skills

Due to an internal promotion, an excellent opportunity has become available for a passionate customer service professional to showcase their skills within our Canberra Branch located in Fyshwick.
The Role will include:
Customer Service
Booking and Scheduling
Office Co-ordination
Administration and Clerical duties
The Ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:
A Passion for Customer Service excellence
Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written and over the phone
Ability to Identify sales opportunities
A commitment to ensuring all relevant paperwork and associated administration is completed daily
Sound computer skills
Loves to work in a team but just as comfortable working independently
High attention to detail, accuracy and follow through
A can do attitude !!
